摘要
对T形截面锻件结构进行了分析,确定了工艺方案制定的基本原则。通过有限元方法对四种可能的T形截面锻件锻造方法进行了数值模拟,阐述了各种方法可能出现的锻造缺陷及适用范围,并对T形截面长锻件工艺方案设计中应注意的问题进行了总结。
The basic principle of process formulation is confirmed by analyzing the structure of forging with Tshaped section. Numerical simulation is performed for four kinds of forging methods for the forging with T-shaped section. The possible forging defects and application scope of every method are described. The attentive problems in process design for the forging with T-shaped section are summarized.
