摘要
20世纪90年代以来,"全球化"的影响逐渐凸显。由于环境、气候、人口、宗教等全球性问题仅靠一国无法解决,世界公民教育思潮逐渐兴起。但是,公民资格与民族国家紧密相连,"世界公民"资格却缺乏与之有效相连的载体和平台。通过梳理"世界公民"的资格、权利、义务、参与、载体等问题,可以使我们对"谁来赋予我们‘世界公民’资格"这一世界公民教育合理性问题进行反思与探讨。
Since the 1990' s, the influence of globalization has gradually come to prominence. Because global problems, such as environment, climate, population, religion and so on, couldn' t be solved by a single country, the ideologies of world citizenship education rise gradually. However, citizenship is strongly connected with nation and country, "world citizenship" lacks its effective carriers and platform. This article takes introspection and discussion to the rationality of world citizenship education Who can give us the 'world citizenship' , and carriers of 'world though expounding the qualification, rights, obligation, participation citizenship'.
