摘要
荷兰教师教育者协会(VELON)为普遍促进教师教育者的专业发展,实施了"教师教育者的知识基础"项目。该项目采用教师教育者广泛参与的交互方式建构了"知识基础"的结构框架和文献内容,形成了一个基于网络的面向所有教师教育者的开放式应用系统,并通过问卷调查验证了"知识基础"的相关性和实效性。通过对"知识基础"的建构、应用和调查的评析可以看出,荷兰"教师教育者的知识基础"项目在内容的专业性、操作的可行性和应用的开放性等方面值得我们思考与借鉴。
The Dutch Association of Teacher Educators (VELON) starts "A Knowl- edge Base of Teacher Educators" project in order to widely promote their professional devel- opment. The VELON structures the domains and contents of "knowledge base" in iterative and interactive way, forming a web-based open application system, which is applicable to all teacher educators. The VELON also carries out a questionnaire among teacher educators about the relevance and usefulness of "knowledge base".By means of analyzing the struc- ture, application and survey of "knowledge base", we can conclude that the Dutch "A Knowledge Base of Teacher Educators" is worthy of consideration and reference in its professional contents, feasible operation and open application.
