摘要
民国时期儿童学研究在中国的兴起,与当时整个社会对童年的发现,儿童被视为建设新中国的轴心力量,以及进步主义教育运动的推动等有密切关系。许多代表性的组织和知识分子,都曾参与到这场运动之中,并诞生了一大批理论与实践的研究成果。但由于"碎片化"的事实,理论创造的缺乏及实践指导的不足,这场运动并未能造成辐射全国且持久的影响力。因此当代中国若要复兴儿童学研究运动,就必须吸取民国时期的经验与教训,努力探索出一条既符合本国国情又具有世界影响力的发展之路。
The rise of child- study movement in the Republican period of China is closely linked to the general discovery of childhood in the society, the idea of seeing children as the pivotal agents of constructing new China, and to the promotion of progressive education. A number of representative organizations and intellectuals participated in this movement, and thereby produced a series of theoretical and practical research findings. However, due to the fragmental status, the lack of theoretical creation and practical guidance, the child- study movement failed to make an everlasting and wide- range impact. Therefore, in order to revive the paidology in current China, we have to find a way that not only accords with the Chinese national conditions, but has global influences, by absorbing the experience and lessons in republican time.
