摘要
水环真空泵(简称水环泵)是一种粗真空泵,在很多行业都有着广泛应用。它的主要零部件有泵体、前后端盖、叶轮、轴等。在产品结构设计时,如泵体有着较复杂的内腔结构,使用二维工程图存在着读图难度大,客户看不明白,不直观等问题。另外,产品结构稍有改动或对于相同结构不同型号的产品,使用二维绘图技术辅助设计,改动起来比较麻烦。而使用三维参数化设计可以非常方便的进行改动。本文就是以2BE型水环真空泵为例,介绍了参数化设计在真空泵设计中的应用。
The water ring vacuum pump is a rough vacuum pump, which has a wide range of applications in many industries. The main parts include the pump body, front and back end cover, impeller, shaft, etc. In the product structure design, if the pump body has a cavity with complex structure, the use of 2D engineering drawing are difficult to read and understand. In addition, if the product structure is slightly altered or for different types of products in the same structure, using two-dimensional graphics aided design is trouble to change. While the use of three-dimensional parametric design can be very convenient to change. Taking the 2BE type water ring vacuum pump as an example, this paper introduces the application of parametric design in the vacuum pump.
