摘要
依据GB/T 25176—2010《混凝土和砂浆用再生细集料》,将收集的乌鲁木齐地区不同来源的废弃混凝土破碎细集料分为I类、II类和III类。基于正交试验,研究不同细集料类别、再生细集料取代率和粉煤灰掺合率对砂浆工作性能和抗压强度的影响,依据极差和层次分析法,得出各因素的主次顺序和各因素水平的影响权重,通过功效系数法进行多指标分析,得出掺粉煤灰再生砂浆的最优配合比。
According to GB/T 25176--2010 "concrete and mortar recycled fineaggregate" the waste concrete is collected from different sources in Urumqi area the broken fine aggregate divided into class I, II and III. Based on orthogonal experiments, studies of different fine aggregate categories, the recycled fine aggregate replacement ratio and fly ash mixing ratio influence on mortar performance and compressive strength, through the analysis of range and AHP method, influence of weighted sequence of various factors and levels for each factor, multi index analysis by efficacy coefficient method, the optimal draw fly ash recycled mix ratio of mortar.
