聚合物改性砂浆抗裂性能的试验研究 被引量:6

Experimental study on anti-cracking performance of polymer-modified mortar

摘要 通过试验研究了聚丙烯纤维、乳胶粉、纤维素醚对聚合物砂浆黏结强度、压折比、收缩率和开裂指数的影响。结果表明,与素砂浆相比,聚合物改性砂浆的拉伸黏结强度最多提高了102%,压折比最多降低了71%,收缩率最多减小了41%,开裂指数最多减小了93%,抗裂性能得到明显提高。对试验研究结果进行综合分析,优选出三组抗裂性能良好的聚合物改性砂浆。 The polymer - modified mortar were test in order to study the influence of polypropylene fiber, emulsion powder, cellulose ether on the bond strength, ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength, shrinkage ratio and cracking index of mortar. The experi- ment results show that compared with plain cement mortar ,the crack resistance of polymer- modified mortar increase obviously ,such as the tensile bond strength of polymer - modified mortar increased by up to 102%, and the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength decreased by up to 71%, and shrinkage ratio reduced by up to 41%, and cracking index reduced by up to 93%. By analyzing the experiment and study results comprehensively, three groups of excellent crack resistance polymer - modified mortar were selected optimally.
