摘要
为了能够使用普通搅拌设备制备出性能优异的无机泡沫保温砂浆,研究了搅拌时间、不同制备方式对保温砂浆性能的影响。研究表明,随着搅拌时间的延长,砂浆的稠度、密度、强度逐渐增大,体积吸水率减小;混合搅拌法制备泡沫保温砂浆时,宜将发泡剂加入干粉料混合后再进行拌和;预发泡法制备泡沫保温砂浆,尽量缩短加入泡沫之前的搅拌时间。对比两种发泡方式,在满足性能要求的基础上,宜选用混合搅拌法制备无机泡沫保温砂浆。
In order to prepare foamed inorganic thermal insulation mortar with high performance using common stirring equipment, the effect of mixing time and different preparation methods on foam inorganic thermal insulation mortar were investigated in this paper.The results showed that the denseness,density and strength of inorganic thermal insulation increased, the volume water absorption rate de- creased due to the prolongation of stirring time.The foaming agent should be mixed with dry powder material together when preparing foamed inorganic thermal insulation mortar using mix - foaming process.The mixing time that before foam added in should be shortened when using pre - foaming process. Comparing both two foaming methods, the mix - foaming process should be selected when meeting the performance requirements.
