摘要
通过正交试验,研究了硫铝酸盐水泥、标准砂、硅灰、减水剂和膨胀剂掺量对水泥基灌浆料的流动度、3 d抗压强度和28 d抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明:硅灰掺量对灌浆料的流动度影响最大,减水剂掺量对水泥基灌浆料3 d抗压强度的影响最大,硅灰掺量对水泥基灌浆料28 d抗压强度的影响最大。通过正交试验分析优化得到高强水泥基灌浆料的配合比:硫铝酸盐水泥掺量为75%、标准砂掺量为40%、减水剂掺量为12%、硅灰掺量为2%、膨胀剂掺量为1.1%。
By the orthogonal experiment, we study the influence of content of sulphate aluminium cement, standard sand, silica fume, water reducing agent and expansive agent on 3 d compressive strength and 28 d compressive strength. The experimental result show that: the content of silica fume has the largest influence on the flowing grouting material.The content of water reducer has the largest influ- ence on the 3 d compressive strength of cement grouting material.The content of silica fume has the largest influence on the 28 d com- pressive strength of cement grouting material. We get the mix proportion of high strength cement grouting material by the analyzing and optimizing of orthogonal experiment:the content of sulphate aluminium cement is 75% ,the content of standard sand is 40% ,the content of water reducer is 12% ,he content of silica fume is 2% ,the content of swelling agent is 1.1%.
