热分析技术在药物新型递药系统及产品中的应用 被引量:6

Application of thermal analysis in new drug delivery systems and products

摘要 热分析技术的方便快捷使得其不但应用于药品、食品、化妆品、陶瓷等研究领域,而且被广泛应用于新剂型、新载体和新制剂的最佳制剂处方、制备工艺、释药规律等多方面研究。目前热分析技术,已逐渐成为国内外药物新型递药系统及产品研究应用的热点。笔者检索并分析了近年国内外热分析技术在新型递药系统及产品中的应用报道,希望能够为医药领域的研究者提供参考。 Thermal analysis, a fast facilitating technique, is not only applied in research of drugs, foods, cosmetics, ceramics and other areas, but also widely used in new pharmaceutical formulations, preparation process, drug release carriers and the new release system of formulations. Currently thermal analysis has become a hot delivery system in drug product researches. In this paper, the thermal analysis technique at home and abroad in recent years was retrieved and analyzed, and new drug delivery systems and products were introduced in order to provide a reference for researchers in the field of medicine.
