摘要
目的:探讨护理干预在乳腺癌患者围手术期护理中的应用。方法:通过对35例乳腺癌患者围手术期的心理护理、临床护理及康复指导实践经验分析,以观察患者的治疗效果。结果:35例患者均能够以积极的心态面对疾病和生活,配合治疗和护理,无并发症发生。结论:乳腺癌患者围手术期的护理干预能使患者保持良好的心理状态,提高治疗效果和生活质量。
Objective： To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway（ CNP） in perioperative nursing for breast cancer. Methods： Based on 35 cases of breast cancer patients with preoperative psychological care,clinical care and rehabilitation guide,the effects were observed. Results： A total of 35 patients could all deal with illness and life with the positive attitude,cooperate with therapeutic nursing without complications. Conclusions： Nursing intervention in perioperation can improve the mental health and life quantity of patients with breast cancer.
