摘要
为了研究对超细颗粒捕集能力很强的新型高效动态旋风分离器——气固离心分离与排气一体机的流场特点与分离性能,利用Fluent软件对一体机内部气相流场与颗粒相进行数值模拟,并计算出各工况下的分级效率。结果显示,该机对可入肺超细颗粒捕集能力远强于传统旋风分离器,并且对工况波动的适应能力较强。
Gas-solid centrifugal separation and exhausting equipment(CCSEE)is a kind of dynamic cyclone separator with a remarkable capture effect for ultrafine particles.In order to explore the flow field characteristics and separation efficiency of the new kind of separator,the software Fluent is used to simulate the flow filed and the solid phase inner CCSEE and the classification efficiency is calculated under different working conditions.The numerical simulation shows that CCSEE has a stronger ability on capturing ultrafine particles PM2.5than that conventional cyclone separator has,and CCSEE has a better adaption to the working condition fluctuations.
