摘要
应用FLUENT软件对含有粒径为1~50μm液滴的气体在波纹板内的流场进行了数值模拟,计算得到了不同进气速度、板间距及波纹倾角下波纹板的分离效率和压降。结果表明,较小幅度地改变波纹板倾角,对压降变化影响显著。在一定范围内减小板间距,可以有效提高波纹板的分离效率。
FLUENT is used to simulate numerically the flow field in the corrugated plate of gas containing droplet in 1~50μm.The separating efficiency and pressure drop under various gas velocities plate spacing and the dip angles are provided.The result indicates that slightly changing the dip angle of the corrugated plate has a notable impact on the press drop;reducing the plate spacing in certain ranges could effectively improve the separation efficiency of the corrugated plate.
