摘要
对压力容器在线检验的定义、目的、特点及理论体系进行了深入探讨,提出了一个完整的在线检验理论体系。从在线检验的目的、检验方向、检测方法及检验时机4个方面描述了在线检验的路径。针对目前石化企业在线检验中存在的普遍问题,提出了在线检验数据管理的思路,给出了在线检验管理流程框图。
An in-depth discussion is made with the definition,objective,characteristic and theoretical system of the pressure vessel on-line inspection,and a complete theoretical system of it is presented.The on-line inspection step has been described in objective of on-line inspection,inspection direction,inspection method and inspection opportunity.New ideas about the data management and the management flow block of the on-line inspection are preasented,as well to aim at the common problems arising from the application of the on-line inspection in the petrochemical enterprise.
