摘要
利用9704A为不育源,通过回交转育方法,成功选育了线椒雄性不育系金椒2A,该不育系不育性稳定,不育株率和不育度均达100%,可恢复性好,具有较高的配合力。同时利用不育系金椒2A生产种子简单、方便,可节省大量劳力,且制种产量高。
Jinjiao 2A was a male sterility line bred from 9704 A by backcross breeding. Its had stable sterility, and both its sterile rate and sterile degree were 100%. Jinjiao 2A possessed good restorability and high combining ability. Moreover,the seed yield of Jinjiao 2A was high, and the process of its seed production was simple, convenient and laborsaving.
