授权教育结合家庭支持在老年2型糖尿病病人管理中的应用 被引量:10

Application of empowerment education combined with family support in management of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes

摘要 [目的]探讨授权教育结合家庭支持在老年2型糖尿病病人管理中的应用效果。[方法]选择2012年6月—2013年12月收治的老年2型糖尿病病人84例,随机分为观察组和对照组各42例。观察组给予授权教育配合家庭支持的自我管理教育,内容包括糖尿病饮食、运动、药物治疗、病情监测、自我监测、临床表现、并发症等。对照组按常规方法指导。比较两组病人出院后6个月遵医行为及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)含量。[结果]观察组在出院后6个月遵医行为及HbA1c含量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]授权教育配合家庭支持能提高老年糖尿病病人治疗依从性及自我管理能力,有助于提高老年糖尿病病人生活质量。
