摘要
目的:研究护心康对动脉粥样硬化(AS)兔血清s CD40L、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的影响。方法:建立AS兔模型,将动物随机分为4组,即正常对照组、模型组、护心康组和辛伐他汀组,除正常组以普通饲料喂养外,其它组均以高脂饲料喂养。在12周造模成功后护心康组给予护心康1.08 g/(kg·d)混悬液灌胃,辛伐他汀组给予辛伐他汀2.5 mg/(kg·d)混悬液灌胃,干预4周,正常对照组、模型组以等量生理盐水灌胃。16周后,检测血清s CD40L(soluble CD40L)、IL-1β的含量。结果:酶联免疫吸附法实验(ELISA)检测结果显示:护心康组可显著降低血清s CD40L、IL-1β的水平(P<0.01)。结论:护心康能降低血清s CD40L、IL-1β中的含量,可能是其抗AS的机制之一。
Objective: To study the effects of Huxinkang(护心康片) on sCD40L and interleukin -1 beta(IL-113) in aorta of atherosclerotic(AS) rabbits. Me/hods: The experimental model of AS was established by some rabbits. Rabbits were divided into 4 groups, whictl included blank control group, model group, Huxinkang group and simvastatin group. In addition to the normal group with normal diet, the other groups were fed by high fat diet. Established rabbit model of atherosclerosis successfully at the end of 12th week. ttuxinkang [l.08g/(kg'd)] was administered through intra gastric pathway in Huxinkang group and Simvas- tatin [2.5 mg/(kg·d)] was administered through intra gastric pathway in Simvastatin group for four weeks. Meanwhile the same volume of normal saline(NS) was administered in normal group and model group. After 16 weeks, content of sCD40L and IL-1β were detected by ELISA methods. Results: The results of ELISA showed Huxinkang group can significantly decrease the senml sCD4OL, IL-1βlevcls (P〈0.01). Conclusions: tluxinkang has a significant inhibitory effect on proinflammatory cytokine sCD40L and IL-1β,whieh may be partially responsible for its anti AS effects.
