Preparation Process Optimization of Anerning Granules

目的:优化安儿宁颗粒制备工艺,提高产品质量。方法:采用β-环糊精包合挥发油,采用高速离心方法对提取液进行处理,制备安儿宁颗粒。结果:工艺优化后安儿宁颗粒质量有了较大改观,同时中试放大显示高速离心前后颗粒质量未发生明显变化。结论:通过增加高速离心对安儿宁颗粒进行工艺优化,安儿宁颗粒融化后溶液澄清度有了较大的改观,质量未降低,通过增加β-环糊精包合,提高了挥发油的稳定性,从而提高了安儿宁颗粒质量。

Objective： To optimize the preparation process of Anerning granules, and improve product quality. Methods： During the preparation of Anerning granules, volatile oil was included with β-cyclodextrin,and extracts were processed with high- speed centrifugation. Results： Quality have greatly changed after process optimization, semi-works production also showed that the granules quality did not change significantly before and after high speed centrifugation. Conclusion： Through high-speed centrifugation, the clarity of solution have a good improvement when the granules meh, quality is not reduce at the same time. The volatile oil was more stable with β-cyclodextrin inclusion, than Anerning granules quality was improved.
