辛伐他汀在老年骨质疏松中的应用观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察辛伐他汀治疗老年骨质疏松症其腰椎及股骨近端骨密度(BMD)及骨代谢指标的变化。方法 2009年1月至2013年12月在该院就诊的60~90岁诊断为原发性骨质疏松的老年患者80例为研究对象,每天口服辛伐他汀片20mg,1次/每晚,治疗前和治疗6个月后分别用双能X线骨密度测定仪测定腰椎(L2~4)及左股骨颈BMD,同时测定骨代谢指标骨钙素(BGP)、I型胶原C端异构肽(β-CTX)。结果治疗前后对比,患者腰椎BMD、左股骨颈BMD指数差异无统计学意义;血清BGP、β-CTX等骨代谢指标组间差异无统计学意义。结论辛伐他汀治疗老年骨质疏松效果不理想,与文献报道结果不一致。
