直肠癌手术中神经保护的基础及要点 被引量：1

摘要 在2012年诊断的全球1361000例结直肠癌患者中,中国的新发病例数占18.6％,达253 000例.中国的中低位直肠癌患者所占比例高,年轻患者多见.随着综合治疗手段及方案的不断发展,越来越多的直肠癌患者在术后可以获得长期的生存.但直肠癌术后可能有相当比例的患者会出现排尿和性功能障碍,因此,如何提升患者术后生存质量是外科医师需要面对的重要问题.下面,我们从多个方面对直肠癌手术中的功能保护问题也就是神经保护问题进行讨论.
