摘要 脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)是镰刀菌在繁殖期间产生的一种有毒次级代谢产物,是谷物中最为常见的真菌毒素,其降低畜禽的生产性能,并具有较强的细胞毒性、免疫毒性和遗传毒性。文章就脱氧雪腐镰刀菌的毒性作用机理以及对动物生产的影响进行综述。 Deoxynivalenol (DON) is a toxic secondary metabolites of Fusarium produced during the breeding period. It is the most common mycotoxins in cereals, which can reduce the production performance of livestock and poultry, and has strong cell toxicity, immunity toxicity and genetic toxicity. This article reviewed the mechanism of toxic effects of DON and impact on animal production.
