四烯雌酮对初产母猪分娩率、产仔数和仔猪初生重的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Altrenogest on Farrowing Rate, Litter Size in Primiparous Sows and Birth Weight in Piglet

摘要 为研究四烯雌酮对初产母猪分娩率、产仔数和仔猪初生重的影响。选取已配种的后备母猪8头作为对照组(母猪不饲喂四烯雌酮);另选取已配种的后备母猪13头作为试验组(饲喂四烯雌酮15 mg·d-1·头-1,连续饲喂14 d)。结果表明,对照组和试验组母猪的分娩率分别为87.5%和76.92%,产仔数分别为7.83头和9.20头,仔猪体重分别为1.20和1.06 kg。对照组母猪产仔数和仔猪初生重与试验组相比,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。但对照组母猪分娩率和仔猪初生重均高于试验组,而产仔数低于试验组。说明四烯雌酮能提高母猪的产仔数,但不能提高母猪的分娩率及仔猪的初生重。 This study investigated effects of ahrenogest on farrowing rate, litter size in primiparous sows and birth weight. Primiparous sows were assigned to the following treatments: control group(no ahrenogest) and experi- mental group(15 mg· d-1 of ahrenogest each sow, 14 d). The farrowing rates of control group and experimental group, were 87.5% and 76.92%, litter sizes were 7.83 and 9.20, and birth weights of piglet were 1.20 and 1.06 kg, respec- tively. The difference of farrowing rates, litter sizes, and birth weights of piglet was not significant between groups(P〉 0.05). The farrowing rate and the birth weight of piglets were higher in control group than experimental group, litter size was lower than experimental group. In conclusion, the altrenogest can improve litter size, but can not an im- prove farrowing rate in primiparous sows and birth weight.
