夏河县唐尕昂乡种植业结构调整对策分析

Analysis of the Planting Structural Adjustment of the Tanggaang in Xiahe County

根据甘南州委、州政府提出的"关于深入实施农牧互补战略大力推进一特四化促进农牧民增收的意见"精神,对唐尕昂乡的种植业资源优势和存在问题进行分析后,提出对种植业结构进行调整,重点培育具有竞争优势的饲草料种植业,并阐明实施结构调整的具体思路及措施,以期实现农牧业增效、农牧民增收的目的。

Based on the instructions of Gannan Prefecture Committee and Government about the In--depth implementation of the complementation of agriculture and animal husbandry and vigorously promoting of efficient agriculture, professional lay out, industrial management, standardized production and skill--based training to increase earnings of farmers and herdsmen, the advantages and problems of the Tanggaang planting resources are analyzed. In order to achieve agricultural efficiency and increase income of farmers and herdsmen, the proposal about the planting structure adjustment focusing on cultivating competi tive forage planting is discussed, and specific ideas and measures for the implementation of structural adjustment are clarified.
