摘要
用检测蛋白酶透明圈和蛋白酶活性测定相结合的方法,从酱香型高温大曲中筛选出1株高产蛋白酶细菌,并通过生理生化特征实验及16S r DNA序列同源性分析,鉴定该高产蛋白酶菌株为解淀粉芽孢杆菌。
A bacterial strain with high-yield of proteinase was isolated from Jiangxiang high-temperature Daqu through the detection of trans-parent circle of proteinase and its activity, after physiological and biochemical characteristics experiments and l6S rDNA sequencing homology analysis, such strain was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.
