微波消解ICP-AES法测定马奶酒中多种微量元素 被引量:2

摘要 采用微波消解ICP-AES法测定了3种马奶酒中Ca、Mg、Mn、Ag、Cd、Cr、As、Zn、Fe、Cu、Ni、Pb、Al、Co、Sr等15种微量元素的含量。结果表明,不同产地的马奶酒中均含有多种微量元素,但各元素的含量有所差异。马奶酒(1#)中Ca含量最高为135.37μg/g,其次是Mg,为25.634μg/g。马奶酒(2#)中Ca含量为101.94μg/g,其次是Mg,为16.969μg/g。马奶酒(3#)中Ca含量为79.648μg/g,其次是Mg,为16.543μg/g。相对标准偏差RSD≤4.31%,检出限≤0.009μg/m L。 In the experiments, the content of 15 kinds of trace elements (Ca, Mg, Mn, Ag, Cd, Cr, As, Zn, Fe, Cu, Ni, Pb, Al, Co, Sr) in three dif-ferent kinds of kumiss were measured by ICP-AES coupled with microwave digestion. The results showed that, kumiss from different produc-ing places contains a variety of trace elements, but the content of each trace element is different. Kumiss sample (1#) had the highest Ca and Mg content (135.37μg/g and 25.634μg/g, respectively).The content of Ca and Mg in kumiss sample (2#) were 101.94μg/g and 16.969μg/g re-spectively. And the content of Ca and Mg in kumiss sample (3#) were 79.648μg/g and 16.543μg/g respectively. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than or equal to 4.31%,and the detection limit was below or equal to 0.009μg/mL.
