摘要
《论语》记录了孔子有关酒食的一些言论与行为,其中涉及酒食与民生、人际关系、职守、养生等方面,这些方面所反映出的孔子的酒食观念,受前代文化传统的影响。不仅如此,孔子还认为,人所涉及及关乎酒食的言语行为标示着道德,体现着礼仪,检验着君子素养,这些观念又是孔子对中国文化创造性开拓的重要体现。
Some of Confucius’speech on wine&food is recorded in Confucian Analects which involves in people's livelihood, interpersonal relationship, people’s responsibility, and peoples’health etc. Those recordings could reflect the views of Confucius on food & wine and it could be inferred that Confucius’viewpoint was deeply influenced by cultural traditions before his times. Meanwhile, Confucius believed that peoples’speech related to food&wine could embody the etiquette and test gentleman’s cultural literacy. Confucius’viewpoint on wine&food is the important embodiment of the creative development of Chinese culture.
