孔子的酒食观及其文化探析

Exploration on Confucius' Speech on Food & Wine

《论语》记录了孔子有关酒食的一些言论与行为,其中涉及酒食与民生、人际关系、职守、养生等方面,这些方面所反映出的孔子的酒食观念,受前代文化传统的影响。不仅如此,孔子还认为,人所涉及及关乎酒食的言语行为标示着道德,体现着礼仪,检验着君子素养,这些观念又是孔子对中国文化创造性开拓的重要体现。

Some of Confucius’speech on wine＆amp;food is recorded in Confucian Analects which involves in people＇s livelihood, interpersonal relationship, people’s responsibility, and peoples’health etc. Those recordings could reflect the views of Confucius on food ＆ wine and it could be inferred that Confucius’viewpoint was deeply influenced by cultural traditions before his times. Meanwhile, Confucius believed that peoples’speech related to food＆wine could embody the etiquette and test gentleman’s cultural literacy. Confucius’viewpoint on wine＆food is the important embodiment of the creative development of Chinese culture.
