Research on Library Resource Construction Strategy in Big Data Environment

对大数据相关概念进行回顾,并对图书馆当前面临的问题进行分析,并在此基础上提出转变管理思维、适度调整各种资源的比重、注重非结构化数据的建设、人才培养、加强外部合作、勿把大数据神化、广开财路及保护读者隐私等8条策略。

This paper reviews the concept of big data and analyzes the problem faced by libraries. And it proposes 8 strategies based on it ,which are changing management paradigm, moderate adjustment of the proportion of resources ,focus- ing on the construction of unstructured data,talent trainning, enhancing external cooperation,not celestialization of big data, widening income channels and protecting the privacy of readers.
