汽车内饰件材料颜色工艺平台化

摘要 在汽车整车设计开发过程中,内饰件的材料、颜色及工艺缺少平台化规划,造成同色系出现多种相近颜色,致使生产单位增加管理成本,而且容易出现材料使用错误的情况。对比奥迪SUV、宝马SUV、奥迪轿车及宝马轿车的颜色搭配,使用色差仪进行测量,2家标杆公司的汽车颜色都有3种基础色系,通过其他装饰件的变化,实现颜色的多样化。经过对材料、颜色及工艺进行平台化规划,最终规划3~4种基础色系、19种材料及8种面料,为后续的车型开发奠定了基础。 Aulomotive interiors have no platform production program on material, material color and process in the process of vehicle development, therefore there are a lot of the same basic colors, making manufacturer increase their management cost, it is easy to make mistake in selecting materials. Use colorimeter measurement to compare Audi SUV, BMW SVU and Audi cars color collocation, there are 3 basic colors in two manufacturers, to achieve different color by varying color of other decorative pieces. By using platform to program material, color and proeess, finally 3-4 types of basic c, olor, 19 types of malerial and 8 surface fabric types were chosen, providing the foundation for the continuous model development.
