摘要
转向管柱的布置角度在正面碰撞试验中对假人的头部、颈部及胸部伤害值,甚至是腿部的伤害值都有非常重要的影响。文章从最有利于乘员保护的角度出发,结合线性规划的最优化手段,创新性地提出了一种最有利于C-NCAP得分的转向管柱布置角度的方法,该方法求出了最有利于假人得分的转向管柱布置角度,并且所求的角度就是实际当中转向管柱的布置角度,充分证明了该方法的正确性。
The arrangement angles of steering column in frontal crash lest have a very important effect on the injury of dummy's head, neck and chest. This paper from the view of occupant protection combined with innovational linear optimizatiun method puts forward a method of arranging layout angles of steering column which is beneficial tn C-NCAP scores. Arranging layout angles of steering column which is beneficial to occupant protection are obtained. And these arranging layout angles also are used in reality. It proves the accuracy of this method.
