摘要
为了分析整车空调最大制冷能力,文章通过Fluent与Radtherm软件进行耦合计算。耦合计算是指通过Fluent得到换热系数和温度,并通过此值导入Radtherm进行壁面温度的计算,再把得到的壁面温度反过来校核Fluent,按此方法反复耦合计算,最终得到一个温度变化在±0.2℃内的稳定结果,此耦合模拟与实测值基本一致,对前期设计有着更好的指导意义。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the maximum cooling capacity for vehicle air conditioning. The maximum cooling capacity is simulated hy using Fluent and Radtherm software. Coupled calculation is defined hy Fluent to ohtain heat exchange factor and temperature, and at the same time the heat exchange factor and temperature are put into Radtherm to calculate wall temperature. The wall temperature value calculated is used to verify Fluent, using this calculation method to do coupled calculation, finally the stable temperature range ±0.2℃ is obtained. The coupled calculation value agrees with the real value, providing the guideline for air conditioning in the initial design stage.
