为了乘客的安全,欧标中要求遮阳板警示标签更加醒目且遮阳板处于任意位置时警示标签均可见。介绍了欧标中关于汽车遮阳板的具体要求,并结合国内相关标准分析欧标与国标的差异,提出汽车遮阳板的警示标签面积及副驾驶遮阳板双面粘贴警示标签要求。在国内相关标准及遮阳板设计要求基础上,将欧标的具体要求在设计中实现,使汽车遮阳板实物满足欧标,达到出口欧洲的条件,为自主品牌汽车开拓欧洲市场提供前提。

To ensure the safety of passengers, European standard requires that the warning label on sun visor shouhl be more visible and the warning label is visible no matter where sun visor is. This paper introduces the specific requirements of European regulations on sun visor. Through analyzing the differenc, e between GB and European regulations, the specification on area of sun visor warning label and the requirements on warning label of sun visor are illustrated in the paper. The specific requirements of European regulation are implemented in design based on Chinese related standards and design requirements of sun visor. Vehicle sun visor meets European regulations, achieving the target of exporting Europe. providing the foundation for domestic-made vehicle entering into European market.
