摘要 为解决发动机罩在正面碰撞过程中溃缩不良的问题,文章通过排除法进行原因分析,优化发动机罩溃缩筋和机罩铰链设计,借助CAE进行理论分析,并搭载整车碰撞试验进行验证。试验后发动机罩溃缩筋成倒V字型,与CAE分析结果吻合,机罩铰链未发生断裂,风挡玻璃完好。试验结果证明,发动机罩溃缩筋的改善消除了对车内驾驶员造成伤害的风险,表明发动机罩系统的考察在汽车正面碰撞过程是非常必要的。 This paper introduces the removal method to solve the problem that the engine hood is easy in crumple during frontal crash, to optimize the design of engine hood and engine hinge, at the same time nsing CAE to take the simnlation and to verify engine hood in complete vehicle during frontal crash test. After real frontal crash test, the engine hood was erumpled into inverted V shape that agrees with CAE analysis. The engine hood hinge doesn't hreak and there is no any influence on the windshield. The results show that the improvement on crumpled engine hood ean reduce the risk that is easy tn injury driver, inspecting the engine hood is necessary during frontal crash test.
