摘要
研究了名义成分为Ti-44Al-4Nb-2(Mo,Cr,B,Y)(原子分数%)的TiAl基铸态合金,将其在共析转变温度附近保温后淬火,分析了在共析转变温度附近,保温温度与时间对合金显微组织以及硬度的影响。研究结果表明:通过DSC试验得到合金的共析转变温度为1 179.23℃;合金在共析转变(α2+γα)温度附近进行保温时,发生层片结构消溶,γ、α和B2相晶粒长大的现象;对铸态合金在1 200℃下固溶1h后进行时效还发现,当时效时间为15min时,合金出现了析出强化,从而使合金具有较高硬度。
The TiAl-based alloy with nominal composition of Ti-44Al-4Nb-2(Mo,Cr,B,Y)was studied.Effect of heat treatment temperature and time on microstructure and microhardness of TiAlNbCr alloy was also discussed.It can be concluded that the eutectoid transformation(α2+γα)temperature was found at 1 179.23℃through differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)test.And when the alloy was undergoing the heat-treatment at the temperature near the eutectoid transformation(α2+γα)temperature,the lamellar structure was degrading and at the same time theγ,αand B2 grains were growing and spheroidizing.It can also be concluded that after aging at 1 200 ℃for15min following 1hsolid solution,the as-cast alloy obtained precipitation strengthening and had peak value of microhardness.
