SiCpmodification and their application in aluminum matrix composites

摘要 针对SiC与铝合金基体间存在的润湿、界面反应等界面结合问题,介绍了几种常见的SiC表面改性方法及其在金属复合材料中的应用。概述了铝基SiC复合材料作为结构材料、摩擦磨损及功能材料的一些应用和最新进展,最后指出了SiC的改性重点以及金属基多元复合材料的发展趋势。 With respect to the problems of the interfacial wetting or reaction between SiC particles and the aluminum alloy matrix,several common methods of SiCp surface modification and their application in the metal matrix composites are reviewed.The latest development and applications of SiC aluminum matrix composites used as structural materials,friction and wear materials as well as functional materials are introduced.The future of SiCp modification and application as well as the developing trend of metal matrix composites are summarized in the end.
