摘要
为了准确测定天然水体中汞的含量,文中对氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定汞的实验条件进行了实验研究,考察了还原剂浓度和载流浓度对水中痕量汞测定结果的影响。结果表明,当还原剂硼氢化钾质量浓度为0.03%,用质量浓度为5%的盐酸作为载流时,仪器的灵敏度高、稳定性好,测量结果具有较高精密度和准确度。在采用实验确定的条件测定天然水中汞含量时,数据标准偏差小于0.004,加标回收率可达到98%-106%,具有较高的精密度和重现性,研究确定的条件可以用于天然水中痕量汞的测定。
In order to determine the mercury content in natural water accurately, the paper studies the experiment conditions of the mercury determination by the hydride generation-atomic f spectrofluorometry, and analyzes the influences of reducing agent concentration and current-carrying concentration on the determination results. The results show that the instrument has high sensitivity and good stability when the mass concentration of the potassium borohydride as the reducing agent is 0.03% and the mass concentration of the hydrochloric acid as the currentcarrying is 5%, then the determination results have higher precision and accuracy. For the determination of mercury content in natural water by adopting the conditions determined by experiment, the data standard deviation is less than 0.004 and the addition standard recovery reaches 98-106%, which has the high precision and reproducibility.The conditions determined by experiment could be used for determination of trace mercury in natural water.
