沥青路面抗车辙技术的研究与应用

摘要 结合北京市六环路沥青路面车辙损坏情况,对车辙形成的原因进行了研究分析;提出将原有路面结构中面层由6 cm AC-20C改为7 cm AC-25C(改性),其他结构材料不变的技术方案,并在六环路大修工程中得以应用,从原材料性能上对车辙加以分析和控制;采用有限元数值理论方法,对半刚性基层沥青路面结构进行了数值模拟研究验证,着重对比分析了2种不同中面层的路面结构在相同车辆荷载的反复作用下最终形成车辙的严重程度,从而得出通过改变沥青路面结构类型可有效控制高速公路沥青路面车辙损害的结论。
