摘要
当前高校体育评价体系的缺失,导致大学生群体对参加体育课和增强体育锻炼的集体忽视。高校体育部门需要制定一套符合当代普通大学生运动技能发展水平的等级评价体系。文章通过研究,归纳出达标类项目、比赛名次类项目、比赛名次和达标类相结合类项目,共三类学生运动技能等级评价标准的制定策略,构建出体育教学、课余锻炼、体育社团、体育文化节、结合校内已有赛事和创设新型赛事等多种学生运动技能等级评价体系的实施办法等具体保障措施,将为高校体育教学质量的提高、学生体质健康的提升提供新的途径。
The current lack of college sports evaluation system, lead to university students' common neglect of partici- pating in gym classes and physical practicing. Sports departments of colleges and universities should develop an evalu- ation system that accords with the athletic skill level of contemporary average students. Through research, the author summarizes three types of sports and their evaluation strategies: standard-- reaching sports, rank-- competing sports, standard--reaching and rank--competing combined sports. Based on this summary, the author constructs implemen- ting measures of athletic skill level evaluation in the existing activities, such as physical education, after--school exer- cising, sports associations, sports festival, and other activities to be created. This study will provide new ways to improve the quality of college sports education and students' health.
