中老年人群健身秧歌锻炼效果的实验研究

摘要 运用文献资料法、实验法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法对中老年人群参加健身秧歌锻炼后的健身效果进行研究与分析。研究对身体形态、身体机能、身体素质等指标进行了实验的前后对比。研究结果表明,健身秧歌的锻炼基本符合中老年人群锻炼健身的负荷要求,健身秧歌锻炼对身体形态影响不大,但能够明显改善对中老人群的心肺机能、肌肉力量、平衡、柔韧等素质;通过健身秧歌锻炼可以提高中老年人群的幸福感,降低烦恼感和疲劳感。建议中老年人群科学地认识健身秧歌的健身效果;体育管理部门可以通过室内练习、户外的广场锻炼等形式在中老年人群中大力普及和发展。 The paper adopts the methods of literature review, experiment, investigation, and mathematical statistics in researching effect on fimess of the middle--aged and the elderly people to the health Yangge exercises. A comparative experimental study was conducted through the data of the statistics of body shape, body function, and body quality, which tested before and after the experiment. The results show that, the healthy Yangge exercises can significantly improve the fitness of the middle--aged and the elderly people, such as the function of heart and lungs, muscle strength, balance, flexibility and so on. The healthy Yangge exercises can also help to improve the middle--aged and the elderly people's positive well--being, reduce psychological distress and fatigue. At last we suggest that the middle --aged and the elderly people should realize the fitness effects scientifically, and the manager of the sports' depart- ment can popularize and develop the healthy Yangge in the middle--aged and the elderly people by practice it indoor or outdoor on the square and other forms of exercise.
