摘要
以总黄酮的质量分数为考察指标,通过聚酰胺树脂对人参根总黄酮静态和动态吸附与解吸附特性的研究,优化聚酰胺树脂对人参根总黄酮的富集工艺;并对优化的工艺进行验证,得到纯度高的人参根总黄酮.结果表明人参根总黄酮富集工艺为:室温、人参根总黄酮粗提物上样浓度为6mg/mL、pH为10.0、洗脱液浓度80%乙醇、洗脱液流速1.5mL/min,在该条件下富集3次,人参根总黄酮质量分数可由粗品的1.96%提高到48.38%.此法可较好的富集人参根总黄酮.
To investigate the enrichment technology of flavonoids with polyamide resin from the roots of Panax ginseng, the optimal enrichment technique is confirmed by studying the static and dynamic absorption and desorption of flavonoids from the roots of P. ginseng with polyamide resin under various conditions. The optimized technique is verified and the high purification flavonoids are produced. The results show that the optimum experimental conditions are as follows, loading concentration of flavonoids is 6.0 mg/mL, pH10.0 and the most effective desorption is obtained with 80% of alcohol as eluent with a flowing rate of 1. 5 mL/min. The maximum content of the enrichment flavonoid reaches to 48.38% whichis higher than 1.96% in the crude extraction solution. In conclusion, the process is feasible to enrich flavonoids from the roots of P. ginseng with polyamide resin.
