摘要
褶裥机织物包括地部和花部.以复杂组织为基础,地部、花部分别采用经二重组织和双层组织,创新设计了一种横向褶裥机织物,并在电子多臂剑杆织机上成功织造出试样.结果表明,褶裥机织物的整体设计及其一次成形织造是可行的.
Frilly woven fabric is compesed of the base part and pattern part. Base on composed weave, a cross frilly woven fabric is created by using warp backed weave and double weave as the base and pattern part separately. The fabric sample is successfully woven by electronic dobby rapier loom. The result proves that integrated design and one-step forming of frilly woven fabric are technically feasible.
