Based on the analysis of the effect of school-enterprise cooperation to train property management applied talents, this paper explores the ways of training property management applied talents of school-enterprise cooperation,proposes the views and suggestions of school-enterprise cooperation to train the property management applied talents, and hopes that they can deepen property management reform and promote training property management applied talents.
