In order to enhance employment competence, college students need to have sound personality and high professional quality. Students at college should receive whole and integrated educational guidance.Integrated education combines both the horizontal and vertical perspectives of educational elements to guide and serve the students. To implement this whole-set education, we should strengthen management, improve the system, make plans, and give full play to teachers＇ role and assisting functions. In the educational process of management, teaching, and service, different educational elements are effectively integrated to form joint forces upon the students and promote the stereoscopic development of the students.
