10株粪肠球菌益生性能的研究

摘要 通过对10株粪肠球菌生长特点、耐高温、耐胆盐、耐酸性和体外抑菌等益生性能的研究,综合评价它们的益生效果,最终获得一株益生效果较好的菌株HEW—A308:其具有生长周期短、延滞期短、产酸能力强;耐高温、耐酸性和耐胆盐性强;能够抑制致病型大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌的生长等优良特性,为益生菌新产品的开发提供了菌种。 The growth characteristics, high temperature resistance, bile salts resistance, acid resistance and vitro antibacterial and other prebiotic properties of 10 Enterococcus faecalis were studied, their probiotic effects were comprehensively evaluated, ultimately, an excellent strain named Enterococcus faecium HEW -A308 was obtained. It has short growth cycle, shorter lag phase, better capacity of lactic acid production, high temperature, acid and bile resistance, could inhibit the growth of pathogenic E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella. The report provided a new bacterial strain for the development of probiotic products.
