摘要
以某发动机的进气歧管为分析对象,模拟得出各进气支管的质量流量、流量系数及它们的偏差,并且得到其压力分布图和流动迹线分布图,根据这些结果可评价进气歧管性能的好坏。在发动机进气歧管开发过程中,利用CFD分析可大大缩短产品开发周期、降低试验和人工成本。
The intake manifold of one engine was taken as analysis object. The mass flow, the flow coefficient and the difference of them were obtained through simulation, also the pressure distribution and the flow streaming distribution were obtained. The performance of the intake manifold was evaluated according to these results. In the development process of the intake manifold, the cycle of the product development, the cost of the test and manpower were reduced greatly by CFD analysis.
