Empirical Study on the Problems of Government Purchase Law Service

政府购买法律服务是法治政府建设新时代背景下的必然趋势,如何构建这一制度并积极发挥其作用,不仅是政府部门需要考虑的问题,也是学者进行研究的新命题。通过对西宁市政府聘请法律顾问现状的实地调研,对存在的问题予以分析,并提出可行性建议,以期为完善政府购买法律服务制度有所裨益。

Government purchase law service is inevitable trend under the construction background of legal gov- ernment. How to build and exert the positive function of this system is not only a problem for government to consider but also a new proposition for scholars to study. This article studies the status quo of Xining city government employing legal adviser, analyses the existing problems, and puts forward feasible suggestions to improve the system of government purchase law service.
