失独老人受抚养权现状调查——以郑州市秦庄村为例

Investigation on the Current Situation of losting-the-only-child Elder's Right to Fostered

现阶段中国的经济发展正处在突飞猛进的阶段,建设和谐社会的呼声和步伐也在不断的加快。但是有一群体却没有能够享受到太多社会发展带来的福利,他们是失独老人。对失独老人的帮助首先要了解他们的现实情况以便给予充分合理的帮助。正如中国社会科学院老年科学研究中心特邀研究员伊密所认为,现在最需要的就是开展对失独家庭的调查,了解他们实际困难和诉求,本文对于此进行了较为深入的调研,结合我国当前立法和政策的不足,并结合我国社会发展的实际,以期为我国失独老人政策和法规的完善提供借鉴。

At present, China＇s economy has developed rapidly. But one group has failed to enjoy the welfare of the social development; they are elders losing the the only child. To help them, we need to know them clearly. Combining the shortcomings of the current legislation and policy and the actual development of Chinese society, the paper carried out an investigation and study in order to improve the policies and regulations of elders losing the the only child in Chi- na.
