论《黄帝内经》建构中医理论的常变范畴

Disscussion on the category of ‘chang-bian' in TCM theory established by The Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine

常变是中国古代哲学范畴体系中的对偶范畴。文章运用常变范畴探讨了《黄帝内经》所论的生理之"常"与"变"、病理之"常"与"变"以及《黄帝内经》常变范畴指导养生之"常变"、疾病防治之"常变"。提出《黄帝内经》虽然没有专门讨论"常""变"及其关系,但《黄帝内经》的"常变"观念,奠定了中医药理论"常变"范畴的基础,成为中医学重要的理论命题和辩证思维方法,对中医药理论及其临床具有重要的指导意义。

＇Chang-bian＇ is a dual categorie of ancient Chinese philosophy. Based on the category of ＇chang-bian＇, the ＇chang-bian＇ in physiology, pathology, health preserving, prevention and treatment of disease were explored from The Yellow Emperor＇s Canon of Internal Medicine. The relationship between ＇chang＇ and ＇bian＇ had been not specificly explained in The Yellow Emperor ＂s Canon of Internal Medicine, but the thought of ＇chang-bian＇ laid a foundation for ＇chang-bian＇ in TCM theory in The Yellow Emperor ＂s Canon of Internal Medicine, which become an improtant theory and syndrome differentiation thought, providing a significant guidence for the theroy and practice for TCM.
