摘要
历代医家对消渴病病因病机的认识,以"阴虚燥热"为总病机的"三消分治"为主流。现代条件下,甘味太过使得机体容易从正常的"平和"状态发展到"阴虚燥热"的状态,并在一定条件下转变成消渴病。文章试图从"甘邪"致病、"甘邪"的特性以及"甘邪"与消渴病的关系阐述"甘邪"是消渴病的主要病因及辨治基础。
The understanding mainstream of etiologies and pathogenesis of consumptive thirst advocated by doctors of all dynasties was 'treating based on 3 types of consumptive thirst respectively' based on the pathogenesis of dryness-heat due to yin deficiency. Under modern conditions, excess of sweet taste could make the calm state of body transformed into state of dryness-heat due to yin deficiency easily, and turned into consumptive thirst under a certain condition. This article expounded that 'sweet-evil' was the main pathogenesis and the bases of syndrome differentiation of consumptive thirst from pathogenicity of 'sweet-evil', characteristic of 'sweet-evil' and the relationship between 'sweet-evil' and consumptive thirst.
