摘要
目的:比较张仲景《伤寒杂病论》经方与当代处方(包括大陆与香港地区)的用药用量情况。方法:通过筛选出可供统计的汤剂经方,按标准进行古今折算;分层随机抽取23位国医大师的医案处方和香港中医医师医案处方,代表当代大陆和香港的用药用量情况,计算药味数、全方总药量,与经方进行比较。结果:当代处方药味数较经方单味药物显著增多(P<0.05);全方总药量与经方相比相差不大,其差异无统计学意义。结论:张仲景经方单味药物用量大,但药味少;当代医家的处方虽然单味药物用量小,但药味多,所以全方总药量相差并不大。
Objective: To compare the difference on dosage of formulas between classical prescription in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases and modem prescriptions including used in the mainland and Hong Kong. Methods: The classical prescriptions which could be used for statistics were screened, and the dosage of herb was converted according to the standard. Prescriptions randomly selected from 23 traditional Chinese medicine masters and Hong Kong Chinese medicine doctor represented as the situation of drug and dosage using in the mainland and Hong Kong. The drug numbers and total dosages of formula were calculated, and made a comparison with classical traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions. Results: The drug numbers in modem prescriptions were significantly more than that in classical traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions (/~〈0.05), while the difference on total dosages of formulas between classical traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and modern prescriptions was not significant. Conclusion: The higher dosage and fewer drug numbers of prescriptions in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases compared with modem prescriptions, while modem prescriptions were opposite, so the difference on total dosage of formulas between classical traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and modern prescriptions was not significant, The influence of total dosage of formulas on curative effect and whether the total dosage of formulas should be within a certain range deserved further study.
