消癌解毒方是治疗癌症的临床有效复方,它是在国医大师周仲瑛教授提出的癌毒学说指导下形成的。当前对于该方的研究主要围绕全方的药效活性,为了更全面地了解复方的化学组成概况,进一步探讨复方的药效机制,指导分析分离组方的效应物质基础,文章将各组分药的化学成分进行了系统地整理和概述,同时基于复方中不同药对的功效,对组分药的药效活性进行梳理和评价。

Xiaoai Jiedu Recipe is an effective prescription for the treatment of cancer. It is formed under the guidance of the cancerous toxin academic thoughts proposed by Chinese medicine master professor ZHOU Zhong-ying. Current studies mainly focus on the pharmacodynamic activity, this paper will systematically review the chemical compositions of the medicine component, introducing and evaluating the pharmacodynamic activity of each medicine based on the effects of different medicine groups, in order to fully understand the chemical composition, further explore the pharmacological mechanisms and guide analysis of material basis of the effective components.
